The Jacobs Law LLC – your independent ‘Outside Counsel’ – will review these documents and policies from a legal perspective as well as review and revise all employment and independent contractor agreements and policies; state and federal law compliance reviews, modification and drafting of general contracts; legal claims assistance; litigation defense; assistance with licensing, permitting and government filings; as well as on-call legal advice for specific legal issues that require immediate attention.
